Every day, millions of adults in transition — caregivers, widows, women over 50, and the “missing middle” — face emotional wounds, financial stress, and limited resources. Without support, the risks are real: isolation, poverty, and declining health.
Bridge to Balance California, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, was created to meet these challenges head-on. We provide virtual workshops, wraparound services, and community-based programs that help individuals and families move from crisis to confidence and from instability to independence.
Mission
Bridge to Balance California supports individuals and families in overcoming hardships by providing services that promote healing, stability, and self-sufficiency.

Our Team
Our team is composed of highly skilled professionals from a wide range of disciplines, including academia, psychology, project management, medicine, biotechnology, and software development. This diversity of expertise fuels meaningful collaboration and drives our success.
