Workshop Overview: This 90-minute workshop guides participants through recognizing hidden emotional wounds, processing them in a safe environment, and learning practical tools for emotional recovery and financial self-sufficiency. The program blends reflective journaling, mindfulness practices, and actionable planning. This workshop is great for adults seeking healing, especially from hidden or unacknowledged emotional wounds • Former caregivers transitioning after caregiving responsibilities end • Individuals healing from significant loss or grief • People adapting to disability or chronic illness • Adults starting over after age 50 • Those recovering from emotional trauma Duration: 8 weeks Format: Weekly 90-minute sessions (virtual) Facilitators: Mental health professionals, trauma-informed coaches, peer supporters What We Do: We operate a 8-week virtual peer-led workshop program where trauma survivors who are stable in their recovery facilitate healing groups for others beginning their journey. Our comprehensive model includes peer facilitator training, ongoing supervision, and alumni community building. Outcome: Participants are able to process trauma in a supported group setting, reducing isolation and shame while building resilience. This creates a ripple effect of emotional healing that extends into participants’ families and broader community relationships.
